Did Mathews Make a Mistake with the V3 (31 and 27)?

Here are some of my initial thoughts on the Mathews V3 (31 and 27) compared to my Traverse, as well as the VXR and Vertix, after five months. Is this simply an incremental change to the previous iterations, or are there some real advancements here?
