USA: Biden supporters dance outside Philadelphia Convention Centre as vote count continues

A crowd consisting of supporters of Democratic nominee Joe Biden gathered outside Philadelphia's Convention Centre on Thursday, as votes continue to be counted inside the building. A smaller group of supporters of US President Donald Trump were across the street, separated by a line of police on bicycles.

Biden supporters were seen dancing to music, while carrying signs reading 'Black voters matter' and 'Trump = sore loser.' Some were wearing mailbox costumes.

Dozens of Trump supporters were seen across the street, waving flags reading 'Trump 2020.'

There have been ongoing demonstrations outside Philadelphia's Convention Centre, after Trump's campaign filed a lawsuit on Wednesday to stop the vote count in the state.

Biden continues to hold a lead over Trump, after pulling ahead in Pennsylvania.
