▶︎ My Birthday Fundraiser ◀︎

This year, to help celebrate my 28th birthday I would love to give back and help raise money to support a good cause. Those who know me, know that I am all about being eco-conscious and doing what I can to conserve our environment.

For my first birthday fundraiser, my goal is to raise $1500 to Ocean Wise Conservation Assocation... AND THAT'S NOT ALL!

This fundraiser will be a two-parter. I have had long hair for more than half of my life and have never considered cutting it short... but to help add an incentive to this momentous occasion, I am willing to part ways with most of my hair and give it to a better cause. If we are able to raise $500 towards Ocean Wise before the end of my birthday (March 22) weekend on March 24, I have agreed to donate 12-inches of my hair to Angel Hair for Kids - Program of A Child's Voice Foundation, who can turn it into a wig for kids in need. Join me in supporting a great cause and help raise money for Ocean Wise so I will donate to a Child's Voice Foundation. Your contribution will make an impact, whether you donate a lot or a little. The Vancouver Aquarium, an Ocean Wise Initiative, endeavours to affect the conservation of aquatic life worldwide by exposing the maximum number of people possible to information about the aquatic world. Your contributions will have an impact across their organization and their work. They play a major role in public education, conduct scientific research, develop and operate conservation programs including the Marine Mammal Rescue Centre, ocean plastic research, shoreline cleanups, and killer whale research.
