CHIA SEED PUDDING - Superfood Breakfast!

Here's a super quick and easy breakfast idea that is really healthy and delicious. Chia seeds are full of antioxidants and are high in protein and fiber. They are truly a superfood and do great things for your body, both inside and out. I love eating this for breakfast with berries or a banana, but it could also be great for a light snack or dessert. Ingredients include:
Chia seeds
Coconut milk
Almond milk
Raw pecans
Unsweetened shredded coconut
Medjool dates
Cinnamon
Vanilla powder
