Where is the home of Winston Churchill?
For over 40 years Winston Churchill made Chartwell House in Westerham, Kent his home.The National Trust has looked after this property since 1947 ( even though Winston and Clementine were still living there) and opened it to the public in 1966 following his death. A 7 million pound renovation in 2017 the house is now in stunning condition and the grounds and simply beautiful. Little wonder that this is now one of the most popular properties they maintain.

Join us as we take a tour of the House, rooms, garden and studio. Littered with many artifacts, gifts and personal possessions from the family. See some of the uniforms, hats and costumes made famous by Churchill.
