'Bloomberg Real Yield' Full Show (12/20/2019)
Dec.20 -- Of the 10 banks recently surveyed by Bloomberg News, six expect the 10-year Treasury yield to finish 2020 at 1.75% or below. Societe Generale is forecasting yields will fall more than 60 bps to 1.20%, making new all-time lows. On the other side, Goldman Sachs projects yields to climb about 40 bps to 2.25%. Bloomberg's Jonathan Ferro sat down with Kathy Jones of Charles Schwab, George Bory of Wells Fargo and Jim Bianco of Bianco Research to get their forecasts for the year ahead.
