UNIFEM at the World Youth Conference 2010 - Panelist Stephanie Simbi Nyombayire on Peacebuilding

In this short video, Stephanie Simbi Nyombayire speaks on peacebuilding in her country Rwanda, where women rose above the violence since the genocide in their country 16 years ago to pave the way to peace in their country. Now, Rwanda represents the most number of parliamentarians in the world. Stephanie is a representative from the Genocide Intervention Network and is in the board of Sanejo. She was one of the panelists that spoke at UNIFEM's Young Women's Forum during the World Youth Conference in Leon, Mexico, 23-27 August 2010.
