Sims 4's "New Concept" for Caliente Sisters Overhaul - Why!?

The Sims 4 recently released new "concept art" for their official makeovers of some of the premade Sims - including the Calientes and Goths. It's not what we expected, that's for sure. I'm not clear on why we actually needed a new concept. We already had one. It's called The Sims 2. What do you think?
