We Found A Robins Nest On The Allotment

Today we found a pair of robins have made a nest in our allotment shed. We saw them enter the shed while we were filming and couldn't resist taking a closer look. The nest is very well built and in a very safe position. We aim to leave them alone as much as possible and keep an eye on their progress as the eggs hatch and the chicks grow.

We aim to encourage wildlife on our allotment and have had many birds nesting in the trees around the allotment. This is the first time that we have had a nest in our allotment shed and we are excited to watch them develop.
