After finishing my volunteer work at Beach House in Wilderness, I had no clear direction. With little money and waiting for my visa renewal, I made a spontaneous decision to go to Jeffrey’s Bay. What I thought would be just a stopover turned into an exciting adventure—reuniting with familiar faces, experiencing a surf town, and unexpectedly securing a volunteer spot in Cape Town!

But before heading there, an opportunity arose: a safari experience! With my friend Matt, I embarked on my first wildlife adventure, seeing incredible animals up close.
