Configure Information Rights Management for Office 2013

1. Prepare

- DC11 : Domain Controller (pns.vn) , IP 10.0.0.11 | DC13 : RMS server , IP 10.0.0.13

- DC14 : Certificate Server , IP 10.0.0.14 | WIN1091, WIN1092 : Client

- Pre configure : See "Configure Information Rights Management Service ( IRMS ) in Exchange 2016"

2. Step by step : Configure Information Rights Management for Office 2013

- DC13 : Create a template named Prevent Print

+ Server Manager - Tools - Active Directory Rights Management Services - dc13.pns.vn - Rights Policy Tempaltes - Create distributed rights policy template :

+ 1. Add Template Identification... - Add - Name : Prevent Print, Description : Prevent Print - Add

+ 2. Add User Rights - Users ans rights - Add... VietIT@pns.vn - Rights : Tick all ( eliminate Full Control and Print)

+ 4. Specify Extended Policy - Select "Enable users to view protected content using a browser add-on" ---- Finish

+ Server Manager - Tools - Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager - DC13 - Default Web Site - _wmcs - Right-click Certificate

- Switch to Content View - Right-click ServiceLocator.asmx - Switch to Content View - Authentication - Right-click "Anonymous Authencation" : Disable

- WIN1091 : Check Configure Information Rights Management for Office 2013, sign in using HiepIT account

+ Create a new file named PreventPrint.docx - File - Protect Document - Retrict Access - Connect to Digital Rights Management Servers and get templates - Error :

"Sorry, something went wrong opening information rights management protected content. The operation being requested was not performed because the user has not been authenticated."

+ Start - Internet Explorer - Tools - Internet options - Security tab - Trusted sites - Sites - Add this website to the zone : https://dc13.pns.vn - Aadd

+ Security level for this zone : All - down to Low

+ File - Protect Document - Retrict Access - Connect to Digital Rights Management Servers and get templates - Select Prevent Print - OK

+ Sign out and sign in using VietIT account :

+ Start - Internet Explorer - Tools - Internet options - Security tab - Trusted sites - Sites - Add this website to the zone : https://dc13.pns.vn - Aadd

+ Security level for this zone : All - down to Low

+ Open PreventPrint.docx === Can not print
