Bad Advice: "Just Be Yourself"

Women love to give this piece of advice but it doesn't help guys who are struggling. Here's the right way to interpret it.

Basically what they are telling you is don't try and be someone you are not. I remember when I was going out a lot with Evil Stifler I would try and copy him exactly but that had mixed results. Once I found my strengths and what I was good at, I had much more success.
