Hey guys! Welcome to video 3 of my home improvement series. Today I am finishing up in the living room and dining area. You will see the complete look and a few before and afters of the living room makeover. I loved how it turned out but I can't wait to go shopping for some colorful accent items.
I wanted to make things more neutral and refreshed this time around because I love looking at new builds that are fresh so I just brought those vibes into our home as well as many pops of farmhouse vibes! We have a smaller house of 872 sqft so I have to be very conscious of space when decorating and planning things out so I wanted many farmhouse items but wanted to keep a lot of decor minimal but still get new pieces that would be functional in our space and tie in with everything. So I am happy I stuck with storage items like concealed bins, hooks, shelves, and neutral items that could in fact be transformed into other home decor styles. I love how everything is more cohesive in the open concept space. Hope you enjoy making over my home with me! Tell me what you think in the comments
