Tiny container home for 2

Welcome to second virtual tiny apartment tour! (done with ArchiCAD)

In today's video, I am showing you a concept of a pre-built micro-apartment that fits in a 40′ shipping container (dimensions: https://goo.gl/o22rgD ). All the shown pieces of furniture are included in this same container.

The floor plan is 2,3m x 6,93m (7'6.5"x22'8.83") and fits easily into the container.

The remaining space of the container contains the top pieces of furniture that would be added to the existing construction that you see at the beginning of the video. On the construction site, the exterior walls will generate a total interior height of 3,5 m / 11'5.8".

Depending on how many units that get pre-fabricated, this flat can generate an affordable price for owning/renting a flat in the center of a city where prices would be normally too high. This would help us to save time, space and money.
