5 amla
salt
12 pepper corns
3/4 tsp fenugreek seeds
3/4 tsp mustard seeds
3/4 tsp asafoetida powder
a cup of water

Method :

‐---boil amla,remove seeds and make pieces, add salt,keep for marinating for 20 minutes,roast pepper corns, fenugreek seeds mustard seeds and make powder out of it,Take a dish ,add marinated amla pieces, add powder of pepper,fenugreek seeds and mustard seeds in it ,mix it well,add asafoetida, mix it well.Amala pickle is ready.
