How rapidly can we move to 100% clean energy? | Phillip Dale | TEDxUniversityofLuxembourg

How quickly can we move to 100% renewable energy? This feels like a science and engineering question or challenge, rather like putting Man on the moon. It does not feel like a social, economic, or political problem like poverty, or even one of personal responsibility. Or is it? Phil Dale is a Professor at the University of Luxembourg who investigates with his team for the last fifteen years how to better convert sunshine into electrical energy. He is a keen cyclist, loves listening to books, cooking, surfing, walking, being with his family, and most recently growing his garden during lockdown. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
