2- 6' elastic string
When fold to the 4 the measurement will be : 2.1/' X 3.1/2
The fold for the pleats will be the same

3-5 years old
2- 8' fabric circles
2- 5.1/2' elastic
When folding the circle into 4 the measurement will be: 2' X 3'
2- 5.1/2' Elastic

For Hearing Aids or for people like to wear behind the head the Pantyhose measurement stays the same as the video but need to make the extender for it ,( Please check my previous video to see how to do that)
