10 colocasia leaves
200 gms Besan
1 tsp of Turmeric Powder
1 tsp of Red Chili Powder
1 tsp of Asafoetida Powder (Hing)
1 tsp of Coriander Power
1 tsp of Chat Masala
1 tsp of Garam Masala
2 tsp of Jaggery
2 tsp of Rice Flour
Chopped Coriander (Kothmiir)
2 tsp of Tamarind Pulp
3 tsp of Cocunut Water
Salt To Taste
