In this video, I show you my exact n8n workflow that transforms a simple Google Sheet into an automated email sending system.

The workflow runs on a schedule, reads your spreadsheet, filters rows based on a Status column, builds custom email subject lines and bodies, sends via Gmail, updates the same row in Google Sheets, waits to avoid rate limits, and then loops to the next row.

I built this to send 800 test emails to validate another workflow, but you can adapt the same pattern for newsletters, outreach, internal testing, support simulations, or any bulk email workflow where you need control and safety.
