Zerbove rezy
Ingredients:
0 5 dl milk
1 teaspoon sugar
20 g yeast
500 g semi-coarse flour 500 g semi-coarse flour
250 g margarine
100 g of powdered sugar
1 dl sour cream or warm milk
1 egg
1 vanilla sugar
a little salt
250 g ground nuts
200 g of powdered sugar
300 g of apricot jam
200 g hot chocolate on top
We will divide it into 3 parts. Roll each part on the board all the way. Transfer with a roller to a greased and floured baking sheet and rub with a thin layer of currant jam.

Apply half of the cooled walnut filling on it, cover with the second part of the dough: sift the flour with sugar, add game, egg, yolks, yeast mixed in lukewarm milk / 3 PL /, salt and mix a smooth dough.
Cut, which we again coat with a thin layer of currant jam and the rest of the walnut filling. Cover the dough with a third layer, pierce with a fork. Let stand for about half an hour and bake.

Sheet size 9"x13". Temperature170- 180° C for about 25-30 minutes. The data is indicative, each follows its own oven.

Filling: let the water boil with sugar and vanilla sugar, mix to melt the sugar, set aside, add grated lemon zest and ground nuts. let cool.

After baking, turn the bottom part up using a second plate and pour the chocolate icing. Cut with a hot slicing knife and serve. Bon appetite!
