Sit down handstand kick
Sit down handstand kick.
Start off with the body movement the same as the practice then when you want to do the kick push off from the ground with the foot opposite from the one on the ground as you do this keep your hand firmly on the ground and raise the leg you are kicking with (the one you pushed with) look at the target as you kick then finish in a standing fighting position.
