Snow developed across southwest Kansas this morning creating slick roads for travelers along highway 54. Several slide offs occurred along with a Fed Ex truck that slide off the road and jack knifed. KDOT was out clearing the roads as they became snow packed. Video package also includes people getting gas/walking in the snow. Northerly winds gusting to around 40 mph created wind chills in the upper teens.
