Eggnog Recipe:
Homemade Eggnog
You will need:
– 2 cups cream (preferably raw)
– 2 cups whole milk (preferably raw)
– 8 farm-fresh egg yolks
– 4 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
– 1 1/2 tablespoons vanilla extract
– 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
– 1/8 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
– 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
– 1/8 teaspoon ground all-spice

Whisk to combine and warm gently before enjoying.
