ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਭ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟਾਚਾਰ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ 'ਤੇ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਸੂਬਾਈ ਏਜੰਸੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਵਧਦੀ ਸਰਗਰਮੀ ਨੇ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਮਾਹੌਲ ਗਰਮਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਜਿੱਥੇ ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਭ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟਾਚਾਰ ਮੁਕਤ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਦੇ ਦਾਅਵੇ ਕਰ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ, ਉੱਥੇ ਹੀ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਧਿਰਾਂ ਏਜੰਸੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਬਦਲਾਖੋਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਚੋਣਵੀਂ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕਰਾਰ ਦੇ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਦਰਸ਼ਕ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਹੇਠ ਹੋਈ ਇਸ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਚਰਚਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੈਨਲਿਸਟਾਂ ਨੇ ਭ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟਾਚਾਰ ਦੇ ਖ਼ਾਤਮੇ ਲਈ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਵਾਅਦਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਹਕੀਕਤ ਅਤੇ ਜਾਂਚ ਏਜੰਸੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਨਿਰਪੱਖਤਾ 'ਤੇ ਤਿੱਖੀ ਬਹਿਸ ਕੀਤੀ।
