Artful Cooking!
Ever been inspired to cook after looking at a piece of art? If so, you're in for a real "treat" — our very own Chassica Kirchhoff, Associate Curator of European Sculpture and Decorative Arts, along with her husband Shane Hamilton, has prepared a delightful recipe inspired by French artist Jean Siméon Chardin's "Still Life", painted in 1732.
Using the materials depicted in the painting — including eggs, a pepper grinder, a butter crock, and a scallion — watch as Chassica and Shane use these ingredients to create a delightful Hollandaise sauce that you can make it in your home!
