Meet Dr. Vandana Shiva, scholar, environmental activist, food sovereignty advocate, and author. She has dedicated nearly five decades of her life to the protection of biodiversity.
Dr. Shiva is one of the leaders and board members of the International Forum on Globalization (along with Jerry Mander, Edward Goldsmith, Ralph Nader, Jeremy Rifkin, et al.), and founder of the Research Foundation for Science Technology and Ecology, she has been at service to our planet, the protection of Biodiversity, and people’s right. Dr. Vandana Shiva plays a major role in the global Ecofeminist movement.
