Main functionalities of the project:
Admin Login: After login, i can manage patients, doctors, nurses, appointments "etc."
Patient Management: Here i can manage patients and keep all their personal information.
Doctor Management: Here i can manage doctors, and keep all their personal information.
Nurse Management: Here in this part, i can manage nurses and keep their personal information.
Appointment Management: Here i can keep all the appointment records, and check all the appointment details.
MedicalRecord: Here i can keep all the medical records.
Bill: I can manage the bills.
Dashboard Management: I can see total number of patients, doctors, nurses and appointments.
