Nikon Nikkor 24mm disassembly

Hello friends,
I got this Nikkor 24mm f/2.8 lens badly damaged, at the end, it was not possible to fix it. The focusing helicoils were deformed and you need the force of Hercules to focus the lens. I show you however in detail how to disassemble it.
