Turner Syndrome | 45,X | Monosomy X || Ultrasound || Anomaly || Case 276

Clinical Features:
A 19 years old primigravida came with amenorrhoea for 4+ months.

Ultrasound Features:
- Cystic hygroma with fetal hydrops
* Generalized skin edema
* Ascites
* Bilateral pleural effusion
- Ventricular septal defect
- Bilateral echogenic dysplastic kidneys with left-sided moderate hydronephrosis
- Echogenic bowel
- Choroid plexus cyst

Remember:
Suspect Turner Syndrome & try to look for other associated findings when a cystic hygroma is diagnosed in a female fetus.
