*********** STEPS TO FOLLOW - METHOD 1 ***********
1. Add a textbox and a button above the table

2. The name of the textbox should be keyword

3. Wrap this inside a form tag

4. Set the action of the form to the url in the controller

5. Write the method in in the repository to return employees by keyword

6. Write the method in the service

7. Modify the findAll method in the controller
(if the keywork is not null, then we findByKeyword else we findAll()
