As each year passes, I learn a little more about yoga. I used to think it was about the “restrictions of the fluctuations of the mind” , literally translating a Sanskrit verse that I had heard, but now I realise that yoga is not about restrictions at all. Yoga is about freeing oneself of the limited perceptions we have of ourselves and the world around. It is about about finding the ability within us to see the unity in all of creation…
