Superheroes Visit Texas Children's Hospital Patients
It's a bird! It's a plane! No...it's window washers dressed as superheroes to help bring a smile to our patients' faces.
Batman, Superman, Spiderman and Captain America propelled down the side of West Tower while washing windows as patients watched from their rooms with excitement. The visit from the superheroes was coordinated as a special surprise treat for the patients and their families.
Jamie Snow, Assistant Director of Child Life and Social Work said she knew the kids would enjoy it and that would definitely lifted their spirits.
Superhero day wasn't just for the kids, the parents and even the employees enjoyed the show.
