Ray Bradbury's comic story about Albert Brock, an individual in
a futuristic society who is surrounded by communications devices
that demand his constant attention. Fed up with this world of
disembodied voices, he decides to liberate society by simply turning them off. The resulting havoc and fear of contagion by his dangerously free thought brings down the forces of "social
