The Engines of Madagascar in a Christmas Caper (Christmas Special)

In the story, Edward, the Blue Engine on the team, discovers the sorrow of Dun Dun Duns and Friendly Monster and sets out of the zoo to find a present for him. While roaming the street of Dreamland, he is captured by Meta Knight (The mean Swordfighter from the game called Kirby), who mistakes him from his crew toy for her vicious pet dog, Mr. Chew. Meanwhile, the other three engines, James, Gordon, and Toby, discover Edward's absence and remember the Steamies Credo, "Never swim alone". With that in mind, they set out to rescue him.

They have an intense fight against Mr. Chew which goes entirely unnoticed by Meta Knight, who is busy watching a football game. When they are done, James lets Toby blow up the door with dynamite, which is a running gag in the film, finally attacting Meta Knight's attention and blames Mr. Chew for making a mess.

At the end of the film they invite The Dun Dun Duns and Friendly Monster to their home. But he had already invited several other guests, resulting in a massive sing-a-long to a parody to Jingle Balls.
