I got roofied - What I realized about life after being drugged

Last month during a night out with my friends, someone slipped something in my drink and I ended up being roofied. I was terrified to wake up and not knowing what happened to me but I was so lucky to have friends that took care of me. I am so grateful that nothing happened. After this incident, I took a lot of time and my mindset about life changed a lot. I am more grateful for the daily routine and small aspects of life. And I try to put more energy in the things that make me happy and not wallow in the things that don't.
