Conflict is the key | Steve Fisher | TEDxRenfrewCollingwood
This talk was given at a local TEDx event, produced independently of the TED Conferences. Addressing conflict and seeing beyond ourselves is the key to creating wholehearted experiences. Having the courage and vulnerability to go through this challenge is the key. It allows us to become a team, a true team looking for the best solutions for our world.
Steve Fisher is the content nerd-herder and design fanatic at The Republic of Quality – a user experience and content strategy duo that brings humanity to the web. They put people first and help organizations innovate and grow online. With over 18 years of experience, Steve leads the charge on Republic of Quality’s user experience projects, coordinating research, visual and interaction design, and content strategy. Steve is a professional member of the Graphic Designer’s Society of Canada and served as their national VP of web for three years. He also loves Twitter (maybe a little too much).

About TEDx, x = independently organized event In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.* (*Subject to certain rules and regulations)
