Telogen Effluvium (TE) update

I don’t know if it is the natural cycle that happened and I just happen to check my scalp just now to see 1-2 inches of baby hairs that sprouted. Or if the steps that I have added (see my previous upload) to a non-existent hair routine actually aided in tbis process. My hair shed the normal amount this past week. The drain after washing my hair, still accumulates hair, but not as much anymore. I do wish, of course, that it would shed MUCH lesser. But it definitely is slowing down 😓😅. The journey continues.
