My Post-Workout Fave! | Banana Ice Cream Three Ways | Tom Daley

My favourite post workout snack is this super quick and easy banana ice cream! You can make it a great vegan treat too if you use cow's milk alternatives. Let me know what you think!

Ingredients:

The Base: 2-3 Bananas and 1/3 Cup Milk

Chocolate Flavour - 2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder

Peanut Butter Flavour - 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter

Protein Ice Cream - 2 Scoops of your Favourite Protein Powder

Grate some chocolate on top to make it even better!
