This wonderfully extensive documentary, produced in 2006 by Gordon Bennett & Graham Rowland and written by Stephen Phillips, covers 50 years of sports coverage by Melbourne's Seven Network. This series was originally broadcast on TV back in 2006 and was one of a number of different categories in the series (I believe drama and news were a couple of others). I went out and bought the DVD not long after.

More than half of the near-180 minutes of footage is dedicated to our great game, Australian football. Excerpts from Seven's Big League, World of Sport, Football Inquest, League Teams, Talking Footy and many other classic panel shows are dispersed throughout footage of classic matches and finals.

The 1956 Olympics is also covered, so too: golf, tennis, boxing, horse racing, and from memory even a little bit of cricket.
