Come promesso ecco il video delle Pettole! Le PETTOLE sono delle palline di pasta lievitata molto morbida fritte nell'olio bollente. Non c'é altro d'aggiungere, se non che questa ricetta è davvero speciale.
Ingredieti:
500g di farina tipo 00
1/2 pentolino di acqua tiepida e 1/2 cucchiaio di sale grosso
2 cucchiai di olio
2 patate piccole
20 grammi di lievito
olio di arachidi

Comme promis, voici la vidéo de Pettole! Les PETTOLE sont des boules de pâte au levain très moelleuses frites dans de l'huile bouillante. Il n'y a rien d'autre à ajouter, sauf que cette recette est vraiment spéciale.

1/2 petite casserole d'eau tiède et 1/2 cuillère à soupe de gros sel
2 cuillères d'huile
2 petites pommes de terre
20 grammes de levure
huile d'arachide

Wie versprochen ist hier das Video von Pettole! PETTOLE sind Kugeln aus sehr weichem Sauerteig, die in kochendem Öl gebraten werden. Es gibt nichts anderes hinzuzufügen, außer dass dieses Rezept wirklich etwas Besonderes ist.
