"Icarus" is a very personal and cathartic song. I've been trying to write it for years, and it was only after hearing Ryan's gorgeous piano that I was able to complete these lyrics. If any of you have had traumatic breakups in the past or are going through one now, I’m sending you the biggest, gentlest hug.
