Hot Water - ½ cup
Sugar - 2 tsp
Yeast - 2 tsp (instant)
Plain Flour / Maida - 2 cup
Milk powder - 2 tbsp
Coriander Leaves - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste, around 1 tsp
Butter - 2 tsp
Dry maida - 3-4 spoon to roll kulchas

For Crispy Cutlet - Poha - ½ cup
Oil - 1 tbsp
Garlic - 3 cloves
Green Chilli - 1 chopped
Chilli Flakes - ½ tsp
Onion - 1 chopped
Capsicum - ½ chopped
Carrot - ½ chopped
Peas - handful
Corn - handful
Salt - to taste
Red Chilli Powder - ½ tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Garam Masala - ½ tsp
Black Pepper - ½ tsp
Kasoori Methi - ½ tsp
Fresh Dhaniya - 2 tbsp
Aloo - 3 (boiled, peeled and mashed)
Maida - 3 tbsp
Corn Starch - 3 tbsp
Bread Crumbs - ½ cup
Oil to fry

Thousand Island Dressing - Mayonnaise - ½ cup
Paprika / Degi Mirch - 1 tsp
Ketchup - 2 tbsp
Cucumber Chopped Fine - 3-4 tbsp
Onions - 2 tbsp chopped fine

To Assemble & Serve -
Onions Sliced - 2
Butter - 3 tbsp
Coriander leaves
