Fruit Yeast Water 150 g

(You can substitute the 150 ml of fruit yeast water with 150 ml of water + 1.5-2g of dry yeast)

Final Dough
All of the poolish
Milk 80 g
Milk Powder 24 g
Sugar 28 g
Salt 4 g
Bread Flour 225 g
Butter 27 g
