Unboxing and First Use Geeetech E180 3D Printer

Hi Guys!

Recently Geeetech completed their Kickstarter campaign for the E180, a 3D Printer aimed towards children, schools and beginners into 3D Printing.
The Geeetech E180 is a continuation of their Acrylic ME DUCER 3D printer that was the only printer in their lineup that had a cantilever design. They wanted to take it 1 step further and make it so that it could safely be used around children. Some improvements that were made to improve safety was to add a guard across the front of the cantilever arm, a enclosed drive system and extruder, a quick connect hot end assembly that is made so the hottest part of the print nozzle is extremely hard to touch by accident. This unit features a touch screen color display, a 130mmx130mmx130mm build volume, a detachable power supply and a lit power button.

My initial impressions of this printer are extremely high. I look forward to printing with it more and testing the other features such the Wi-Fi Cloud Printing.
