Texas Passes Bill Allowing People To Carry Handguns Without License

Texas lawmakers passed a bill allowing anyone age 21 and up who is legally allowed to carry a handgun without a license. Similar measures already exist in 20 states. Texas Gov. Abbott has pledged to sign the bill.
