Vlog in Italian #110: faccio il tiramisù per tirarmi su (fatelo con me)
Facciamo un classico italiano, il tiramisù! Così ci tiriamo un po' su anche noi. #tiramisù
INGREDIENTI/INGREDIENTS
per 8 persone/for 8 people
300 gr di savoiardi/300 gr savoiardi biscuits
4 uova/4 eggs
4 cucchiai di zucchero/4 table spoons of sugar
500 gr di mascarpone/500 gr of mascarpone cheese
Caffè (q. b. per inzuppare i biscotti)/Coffee (as required to drench savoiardi in)
RICETTA/RECIPE
Per prima cosa fare il caffè con la caffettiera di media grandezza. Quando il caffè è pronto, versarlo in una ciotola per farlo raffreddare e addolcirlo con un po’ di zucchero. Intanto, rompere le uova e separare i tuorli dagli albumi. Mettere i rossi in una ciotola abbastanza grande e aggiungere i cucchiai di zucchero, mescolare. Al composto aggiungere il mascarpone e mescolare fino a creare una crema. Poi montare gli albumi a neve e aggiungerli alla crema di mascarpone. E’ il momento di assemblare il tutto: prendere una pirofila di media grandezza e fare un primo strato di savoiardi inzuppati nel caffè, poi versare un primo strato di crema. Ripetere per due volte. Il tiramisù è assemblato e deve stare una notte in frigo e va mangiato il giorno dopo!
The first thing to do is making coffee with a medium-sized caffettiera. When the coffee is ready, you have to pour it into a bowl to cool it down and add sugar to sweeten it. Then, divide the yolks from the egg whites into two separate bowls. Where you have put the yolks, add 4 table spoons of sugar and mix. Then add the mascarpone cheese and continue to mix until you reach a creamy mix. Now it’s time to beat the egg whites until stiff with the help of a mixer and then add them to the creamy mix and continue to stir. Now you have to put together the tiramisù: take a medium-sized casserole dish and put a first layer of savoiardi biscuits that you have drenched in coffee, then put on a layer of cream. Repeat. The tiramisù is ready to go into the fridge and it has to stay in there for a whole night. The next day it is ready to eat!
