Iowa lawmakers reach budget deal but key issues remain unresolved

House and Senate Republicans said they've reached an overall budget agreement for next fiscal year but they're still working through some of those specifics. That puts lawmakers one step closer to wrapping up the state budget as they remain divided on property tax relief.
