Hey guys!

Sort a different cover this week - this guy called Sam Gorski, best known as one of the founding members of YouTube filmmaker team Corridor Digital, released his first album recently, titled Everything Forever (linking to that one below, make sure to check it out). Being a long time fan of their videos over at Corridor, I was absolutely thrilled to hear not only that he was making an album, but that it's a progressive metal/rock album with plenty of djenty groovy stuff.

Surprisingly, even with so many great super heavy tracks, the opening track Winding the Rope, being mainly focused on acoustic guitars ended up being my favorite. I haven't been able to shake the urge to learn how to play it, so I figured I might as well try to put my own spin on it and see how it works out. Had a lot of fun with this one, although it brought lots of challenges - acoustic-esque guitar playing with chords and what not is a notorious weak spot for me, but I think it worked out in the end!~
