If however you find them on the sales floor for a penny (scan using the Dollar General app), they have a policy in place that instructs the cashiers to sell you what you've found. DO NOT ask employees about penny items! Do NOT call the store asking about "penny sales." Penny items are found in store by scanning with the Dollar General app
