Nutella Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies 🍪😋

* 1 cup butter
* 1 cup Nutella
* 1 cup light brown sugar
* 1/2 cup granulated sugar
* 1 egg
* 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
* 1 teaspoon baking powder
* 1 teaspoon baking soda
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
* 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Scoop 2 tsp Nutella balls onto baking sheet with waxed paper and freeze 20 min.
You’ll need 24 little Nutella balls.
Cream together butter and sugar. Add egg and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients together and then incorporate into wet mixture. Add Chocolate chips. Chill dough 15 min.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Take 3 Tbsp scoops of dough and flatten out then completely cover each frozen Nutella ball/blob and flatten into little disc.
Bake for 8-9 minutes.
Cool on pan for 4 min and then transfer to rack.
Enjoy with coffee or milk!😋😋🍪🍪
